Scuffers seems okay, but I’m not totally sure I trust the brand yet. The site looks decent, but the reviews are kind of mixed, and I get the feeling customers aren’t always heard or taken seriously. I’d probably only buy something small first before spending more.

I’d say the color was mostly what I was expecting, so I was happy with it overall. If I’m being a little picky, it did seem just a tiny bit lighter in person than I thought it would be, but not enough to really bother me or make a big difference.

These fit really nicely! They were just a little tight at first, but overall I’m happy with them and they feel great after wearing them for a bit.

I ordered a pair from scuffers.com, it wasn’t a disaster or anything dramatic like that, but there were definitely a couple of little surprises waiting for me when they arrived. The color was close to the photos, though in real life it looked a bit darker than I expected.
The sizing info was mostly helpful, but the fit ended up feeling slightly tighter than I had pictured in my head. Not enough to ruin the whole experience, but enough that I noticed it right away and had that tiny moment of “uh oh.”
Overall, it was fine, just not perfect. I think the product details could be a little more exact so people know exactly what they’re getting. For me, this lands at 3 stars

I ordered from Scuffers my gut feeling after the whole thing is that I probably wouldn’t do it again. The checkout didn’t make the customs and duties feel clear enough, then after delivery I got hit with extra fees. It ended up costing way more than I expected, which just left a bad taste. Not really happy with the experience

I waited way longer than expected for this to arrive, and it still showed up too late. It was frustrating because I really needed it sooner.

The return part was totally fine, like, no real issues there at all. The exchange did take a little longer than I was expecting, so that was kind of annoying, but overall it worked out okay in the end.

The shoes feel sturdy and they look really nice, so I’m happy with them overall. One stitch was a little loose, which was kind of annoying because I really didn’t feel like dealing with a return or exchange. Still, they fit well and seem solid so far.

I ordered a pair from Scuffers and was disappointed with how quickly they started falling apart.

After only a few wears, the stitching was already coming loose and the sole looked way more worn down than it should have. I was just using them for normal walking, nothing rough or unusual. I also wish the care or break-in instructions had been clearer, just in case there was something specific I was supposed to do.

For the price, I really expected better quality and for them to last a lot longer. Unfortunately, I don’t think I’d buy another pair

The menu was a bit confusing at first, and I had to double-check a few things before ordering. It would be helpful if it was laid out a little clearer, especially since the receipt/email afterward was easier to understand than the actual menu.

I don’t feel like this was worth the money. The quality was just okay, nothing terrible, but definitely not what I expected for the price. It kind of felt like they were charging more because they knew people would assume it was better than it actually is. I wouldn’t buy it again

It took them a while to get back to me, but they did eventually reply. I just wish the response felt a little more personal instead of one of those canned apologies that sounds like it was copied and pasted.

I ordered a black pair and somehow got a totally different color and size. The invoice had the right info on it, so I have no clue how they messed that up. Annoying because now I’ve gotta deal with returning it. I don’t think I’d order from here again.

The box showed up crushed, so I’m guessing it wasn’t handled very carefully during shipping. Thankfully, I was able to check everything inside, but seeing the packaging in that shape didn’t give me the best first impression...

My order ended up arriving late, and the tracking info barely updated along the way, so I wasn’t really sure what was going on. Has anyone else had the same issue with shipping updates?

It’s okay overall. I’m a little particular about having a good range to choose from, and the selection felt kind of limited to me. Not bad, just not quite up to what I usually look for.

I was disappointed because nothing I was looking for was actually available. It feels like a preventable issue if inventory was updated more accurately or restocked more consistently...

Bought these from Scuffers thinking they’d be easy everyday shoes, but comfort was not there for me. Sole felt really hard, and after just a short walk, my feet were already hurting.

Look nice enough, I guess, but couldn’t wear them for more than an hour. Got blisters on the back too. Disappointing and not what I expected, so giving 1 star.

I was excited to get these because the photos online made them look really sharp, and I thought they’d be easy to wear with a bunch of outfits. The colors are fine overall, and they’re not a bad-looking pair of shoes by any means. After trying them on and seeing them in person for a bit, though, I noticed they look a little bulkier than I expected. The color combo also doesn’t come across quite as clean as it did on the site, and a few of the smaller details feel kind of cheap. They’re not terrible, but for this style, I expected them to feel a bit more polished.

I was a bit nervous waiting for the refund because I didn’t want to end up losing my money over something I’d returned. It took longer than I expected, which was frustrating, but in the end the refund did come through. Not the fastest process, but at least it got resolved.
